City Life event and exhibition

WhittyGordon Projects would like to invite you to an evening of short films, artwork by Jenny Gordon and photographs by Chris Dorley-Brown. City Life is an event organised by WhittyGordon Projects and supported by Morningside Children’s Centre, E9 Extra, (a project set up involving a group of local parents attending Morningside Children’s Centre) and sponsored by Big Lottery Awards For All.

The Hackney Shop space was donated to the group by Hackney Council to use for one week as a creative space to host artists and filmmakers.

WhittyGordon chose to work with local based artists, photographers and filmmakers to submitted work to be exhibited in the space. The private view will involve a screening of a showreel of short films made by local filmmakers. Artwork will be on display on the walls for the week by Jenny Gordon and photography by local photographer, Chris Dorley-Brown. Jewelry will also be on display and for sale by local artist Regine de la Hey-Oltra.
